Offline Oral Presentation

  • The oral presentation of the article lasts for 10 minutes (8 minutes of presentation and 2
    minutes of discussion), which contains background, methods, main results, supporting
    data, and conclusions.
  • If presentation time is still available, ask the presenter at least one question until the
    presentation time is declared over.
  • If the presentation time runs out only for the presentation, the presenter does not get
    additional time for the question-and-answer session.
  • Please submit presentation slide files in ppt/pptx format. to the operator of each room
    where the presenter presents, with the file name: Oral_Nama_4 First Word of the Title. For
    example: Presenter_Anton Sekaran_ASI Exclusive as Determinant.
  • The deadline for submitting files is 2 hours before the presentation starts

Online Oral Presentation

  • The oral presentation of the article lasts for 10 minutes (8 minutes of presentation and 2
    minutes of discussion), which contains background, methods, main results, supporting
    data, and conclusions.
  • Presentation participants are expected to use the virtual background provided by the
    committee and be on camera by wearing neat and polite clothing.
  • Participants should change their name to: Name_Institution
  • During the presentation, the microphone is expected to be muted and remain on camera
    until the presenter opens the discussion session.
  • If presentation time is still available, ask the presenter at least one question until the
    presentation time is declared over.
  • If the presentation time runs out only for the presentation, the presenter does not get
